The fuel scarcity in Abuja continues to bite harder on commuters in the Federal capital territory as black marketers have increased the price of the commodity.
A video sent to LIB shows a commuter negotiating the price of 10 liters of petrol being sold by a black marketer on the road for N5000 as against 1650 it was sold for at fuel stations two weeks ago.
NNPC says the issue of fuel scarcity will be over by next week.
