Abia Government bans Aka n’elu buses, illegal parks
The Abia State Government has banned the use of Aka n’elu buses in the State with immediate effect.
A statement signed by the Commissioner for Transport Dr . Chimezie Ukaegbu further noted that all illegal parks and loading bays are by this announcement banned from operation.
The statement stated that all motorists are directed to operate only from government approved parks.
A taskforce team according to the statement has been set up to work with law enforcement agencies to apprehend, impound vehicles and prosecute defaulters.
The statement called for strict and immediate compliance with the directive.
